Verse Oil Service offers an extended lubricant selection, meeting the printing industry’s high-performance requirements. Gear oils with excellently combined additives, cleaning and preservation agents as well as greases and oils in combination with lubricating systems are available, worldwide. The close collaboration with well-known printing machine manufactures such as Koenig & Bauer AG (KBA), manroland sheet-fed GmbH or Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG enables us to meet and respond precisely to all tribological requirements in the printing industry.

Paper manufacturing involves many linked processes where machine components get exposed to various demands such as high temperatures, high speeds and other unfavorable operating conditions. Such conditions require high demands from machine manufacturers as well as the utilized lubricants. Verse Oil Service offers lubrication solutions for various applications in pulp and paper processing: wood fiber processing, waste-paper processing, paper production (stock preparation/continuous paper manufacturing/wet and dry end) and paper finishing. The sophisticated special lubricants are easily applied, ensure operation reliability and enable a smooth and efficient operation in the plant. The utilization of the appropriate lubricant reduces machine downtime and maximizes machine service-life.

The production of corrugated board involves a complex manufacturing process, fluting paper and gluing it to flat web paper under the influence of heat. Creating a single, double or triple paper combination creates a firm corrugated construction providing an environmentally friendly, stable cellulose product for the primary production of packaging products. High performance corrugators, with up to 150 meters length and 500 tons weight, yield daily production capacities up to 50 000 m2 per hour. Meanwhile, they must run perfectly and without malfunction under influence of heat, humidity, glue, dust and paper deposits. In collaboration with corrugating machine manufacturers

Many different operations may be found in the woodworking industry. Starting with the production of wood panels (fibre board, MDF and OSB/OSL), lamination and surface treatment throughout the furniture production. During these production processes, machine components are subject to high tribological demands. High temperatures in continuous presses during the wood panel manufacturing process, chemically aggressive environments in edge bending and high speeds in milling and drilling spindles demand highest performance requirements of lubricants.

Vacuum pumps are used in many industrial and scientific areas. Creating a technical vacuum enables logistic and chemical processes and allows reactions in various, atmospheric vacuums e. g. 10-3 mbar up to 10-9 mbar. Vacuum technology facilitates thus the handling of goods or extremely sensitive materials and enables the production of robust and efficient products. Freeze-drying and food packaging, production of certain polymers or electrical components as well as the application in nuclear and nanotechnology are just a few areas where vacuum pumps are part of the daily process.
